2008 Dromedary Awards
The Dromedary Awards competition is designed to recognize temple publications and Web sites throughout Shriners of North America. Potentates and editors receive an official competition announcement, which includes information about how to enter, who is eligible and the criteria the judges will consider when reviewing the entries. Potentates and editors are encouraged to work together to send entries to Shriners International Headquarters, where an impartial panel of public relations professionals, graphic designers and media representatives from the Tampa Bay area judge the entries. This is not only a great opportunity for temples to receive recognition for their hard work, but also an opportunity to gain valuable insight into how to develop the most effective publication and/or Web site.
