Shriners Hospitals for Children Hosts Pediatric Orthopaedic Conference

On October 2, 2009, Shiners Hospital for Children—Twin Cities, in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, hosted the annual Twin Cities Minnesota Pediatric Orthopaedic Conference.

Program content focused on hip dysplasia, spine conditions, innovative techniques and complex  lower extremity deformity in the pediatric population.

James W. Roach, M.D., was the featured guest faculty. Dr. Roach is chief of staff at  Shiners Hospitals for Children— Salt Lake City and the president-elect of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. He is also a professor of orthopedics at the University of Utah.
