Volunteering at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Spokane
Volunteers are very important to our hospital! Every year, volunteers add to the quality care provided at the hospital by helping patients, staff and visitors.
All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and able to commit to at least six months of service. We have opportunities available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., with some opportunities to assist with special events outside of the hospital.
Volunteers are asked to complete an application and a Washington State Patrol background check will be required of all volunteers prior to beginning service. The volunteer services coordinator will schedule a meeting to discuss your schedule and the needs of the hospital; if this is a great match, you will be placed in a current opening.
