Pediatric Intensive Care Services

Pediatric critical and intensive care services (PICU) are provided by Temple University Medical Center which is connected to Shriners Hospitals for Children® at our third floor level. This state-of-the art intensive care unit has 10 single-bed rooms and sleeping accommodations for parents.

The unit is staffed with full-time pediatric critical care physicians and nurses. Shriners Hospitals surgeons and attending physicians oversee all care provided to our patients through Temple University Medical Center.
