Overnight Accommodations
Parents are encouraged to stay with their child during hospitalization. Sleeping accommodations are available in each room, or in the parent quarters. On-site sleeping space is limited, therefore, usually only one parent or caregiver may stay overnight at the hospital.
If off-site accommodations are desired or needed, the best way to locate a hotel that suits your needs is to perform a web search (the hospital address is 1900 Richmond Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40502). Lexington has a wide range of lodging available in the city. Some hotels offer discounted or �hospital rates�. If the hotel requires proof of appointment for the lower rate, we can appropriate documentation. There is a Ronald McDonald House within 5 miles of the hospital and numerous campgrounds within 20 miles of the hospital. Please call (859) 268-0757 for more information. TransportationTransportation from your area of residence may be available by contacting the Shriners closest to your home. If you are not sure which Shrine Temple to call, contact the hospital between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and the receptionist will assist you.
