If you have any questions, comments or concerns about care received at the hospital, please contact local hospital management. If the issue is not resolved by the hospital, you are always free to contact The Joint Commission directly to raise your concerns. In addition, hospitals will have unannounced surveys by the The Joint Commission to assess their compliance to the standards.
